Who runs this
The Cash & Debt dashboard at cash.trinityestimation.com is an internal tool operated by Trinity Restoration & Roofing, LLC for its own staff. It is not offered to the public or to other companies.
What it reads
With the approval of a QuickBooks administrator for Trinity, the dashboard reads Trinity's own QuickBooks Online accounting data: account names and balances, and the transaction history of the revolving loan account. It requests only Intuit's accounting scope. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks.
To sign people in, it receives the name and work email address of the person signing in from Trinity's sign-in provider (Clerk), and checks that person's access with Trinity's Employee Info tool.
What it keeps
It stores daily account balance totals, the facility settings entered on its Admin page, and the QuickBooks connection token, on Trinity's private hosting (Railway). It does not store customer, vendor or employee records from QuickBooks.
Who sees it
Only Trinity staff and Trinity's owners who have been granted access. The data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or sent to any third party other than the hosting and sign-in providers named above.
Disconnecting and deletion
A Trinity administrator can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the Admin page or from QuickBooks' own app settings. On disconnection the stored token is deleted. To have stored balances deleted, email Operations@trinityrestoration.com.
